ARE PETS ALLOWED?

NO. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE PARTY AREA AT ANY TIME DURING THE PARTY, DURING SETUP OR TAKE DOWN. WE WILL NOT SET UP THE PARTY IF ANIMALS ARE PRESENT IN THE PARTY AREA.  *Any evidence of animlas in or around the party area (i.e. pet hair, prints, pet waste on the items, etc will result in an automatic forfeiture of your security damage deposit. No exceptions!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

We do all the work for you! We will deliver, set up, and style the party, and pick everything up the following day. We will then have the linens professionally laundered and we will disinfect the remaining items.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

TEEPEE SLEEPOVERS

A fully refundable $150 security damage deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your party event date and theme. If not received within 24 hours of your booking, your date and theme will be released. The deposit will be held until after the event is over and all rental items have been picked up and inspected. The deposit will be returned in part or full dependent upon whether any damages or loss occurred. Any damages or loss with a cost that exceeds the $150 deposit amount will then be immediately billed to the Client and MUST be paid within 24 hours.

BELL TENTS

A fully refundable $300 security damage deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your party event date and theme. If not received within 24 hours of your booking, your date and theme will be released. The deposit will be held until after the event is over and all rental items have been picked up and inspected. The deposit will be returned in part or full dependent upon whether any damages or loss occurred. Any damages or loss with a cost that exceeds the $300 deposit amount will then be immediately billed to the Client and MUST be paid within 24 hours.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. 

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

Fill out the Book Now form online. We will then contact you to book your party. An invoice will be emailed/texted to you, as well as your party contract. Your party will be booked when your deposit has been paid and the terms and conditions agreement has been signed.

You may add teepees to your party, if available; however, they cannot be subtracted once the contract has been signed and if it is less than 7 days before the party date.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do prefer you to reschedule if at all possible. If you cancel within 14 days or less of your party date, regardless of circumstance, your security deposit will be forfeited. 

If you need to reschedule for any reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available. 

Sleepy Dreams Teepees reserves the right to cancel any party booking at any time, for any reason. However, we will provide notice as soon as possible. In the event of our cancelation, a refund will be given within 30 days, in the amount of what the Client has already paid. Sleepy Dreams Teepees will not be held liable to pay any compensation to any party or person including the Client for any expenses, loss or damages resulting from our cancelation, be it direct or indirect. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Any item damaged or stained or missing will result in a loss of part or entire deposit. Additionally, a $100 cleaning fee could be charged if Sleepy Dreams Teepees deems necessary. Lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If the replacement/damage cost exceeds the $150(teepee)/$300 (bell tent) deposit, the client will be billed for any remaining amount, and it must be paid within 24 hours. 

 DO YOU STAY AND HOST THE PARTY?

We do not stay, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it before we leave, down to the last little detail! 

HOW LONG IS MY RENTAL?

Our packages are one-night rentals only. Each additional night (depending on availability) is $25 per night/per teepee. $100 PER NIGHT FOR BELL TENTS.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED TO SET UP EACH TEEPEE? 

Each teepee set up is approximately 5 feet wide by 6 feet long. Remember to leave enough space for a walkway and safe sleeping.

CAN THE TEEPEES BE SET UP OUTSIDE?

Unfortunately, no. Our teepees are indoor rentals only. WE DO HAVE BELL TENTS FOR OUTDOOR SLEEPOVERS!

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE TEEPEES?

We require that the designated party area be clean from dirt and dust and be completely cleared of furniture prior to the time of set up/our arrival. This will ensure a timely set up and avoid any time delays. 

HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED FOR SETUP AND TAKE DOWN?

With the Full Service option, please allow us 1 to 2 hours to set up your party. For take down, we ask that you deflate the air beds before we arrive to make the take down process faster. If this is done, the take down process should take approximately 45 minutes.

DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET?

Yes, some of our lights require electricity. An electrical cord can be provided for you, if needed.

DO GUESTS NEED TO BRING A PILLOW OR BLANKET?

Yes. We do not provide pillows to sleep on. Our pillows are for decoration purposes only. Each guest will need to supply their own sleeping pillow. We will provide a light throw blanket but do suggest guests have their own blanket for maximum comfort.

HOW DO YOU LAUNDER THE LINENS? DISINFECT ITEMS? WHAT MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING TO PREVENT COVID-19?

Our sheets and blankets are all professionally laundered. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. All wipes and sprays have been recommended and approved per the CDC. Our teepees will be steamed and cleaned as necessary. Per CDC recommendations, all items will be left out and will not be rented for 72 hours after they have been sanitized.

DO THE TEEPEE SETUPS ACCOMMODATE ADULTS? CAN THEY BE RENTED FOR ADULT SLEEPOVERS? 

Yes absolutely!! Our sleepover setups include twin size air mattresses that have a weight capacity of 330lbs. Our teepees are 60 inches tall.
